All Center for Spectrum Services special education programs are free of charge to families of qualified students.

Children who are preschool age are funded through the county of residence following a committee approval process. School age children must be referred by their local school district Committee on Special Education, which is responsible for payment. Direct door-to-door transportation is provided at no cost as part of the funding for center-based special education programs. Parents of preschool age children may receive mileage reimbursement if they choose to transport their child on a regular basis.
